Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our New York studio Monday-Friday within 2-3 business days after placing your order. Expedited orders shipping from our New York studio will be prioritized and dispatch the following business day. Orders placed from Friday-Sunday will ship the following week.

Packages ship via USPS Standard, unless otherwise specified, and do not require a signature for delivery. Since a signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure.

Waves Made cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Waves Made is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to weather other uncontrollable events.
